SRG Pharmaceuticals ("SRGP", "we", "us") markets and distributes pharmaceutical products in Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka, and sources and partners with manufacturers worldwide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in the course of these activities, and sets out your rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and the Sri Lankan Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (together, the "Applicable PDPA Laws").
1. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect: contact and identification details (name, job title, company, email, phone, address); professional details of healthcare practitioners, institutional buyers and government procurement officers; manufacturer and supplier due-diligence information (business registration, GMP/regulatory certifications, authorised signatories); adverse event and product complaint reports, which may include limited patient health information reported to us by a healthcare professional or consumer; and website usage data collected via cookies and analytics.
2. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data directly from you when you submit an enquiry, register interest as a manufacturer or distribution partner, attend an event, or contact our regulatory or newsroom teams; from regulatory authorities and business partners in the ordinary course of registration, tender and supply activities; and automatically through your use of this website.
3. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data to: evaluate and manage manufacturer, institutional, government and distribution partnerships; register, distribute and monitor the safety of our products; respond to enquiries and route them to the appropriate team; comply with regulatory obligations in Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and, where relevant, in a manufacturer's country of origin; and improve this website. We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legal obligations under applicable pharmacovigilance and product registration laws as our bases for processing.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to: national and regional drug regulatory authorities (including Malaysia's NPRA, Singapore's HSA and Sri Lanka's NMRA); manufacturing partners and contract manufacturers for the purposes of registration and supply; logistics, distribution and institutional/government customers; and professional advisers and service providers acting on our behalf, who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. Cross-Border Transfer
Because we engage manufacturers and regulatory partners worldwide, personal data may be transferred outside Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps — including contractual safeguards — to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the Applicable PDPA Laws.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable pharmacovigilance, tax, corporate or regulatory record-keeping obligations in each jurisdiction we operate in.

Subject to the Applicable PDPA Laws, you may request access to, correction of, or withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, and may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in your country.
