1. Purpose
These regulations set out the principles and process by which SRG Pharmaceuticals ("SRGP") identifies, reviews and discloses information to regulators, manufacturing and distribution partners, healthcare professionals, media and the public, so that disclosures made across Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka are accurate, timely and consistent.
2. Scope
These regulations apply to: regulatory filings and correspondence with national authorities (NPRA in Malaysia, HSA in Singapore, NMRA in Sri Lanka); product safety and pharmacovigilance disclosures, including adverse event and side-effect reports; corporate and partnership announcements, including manufacturer and distribution agreements; and press, media and newsroom communications.
3. Categories of Disclosable Information
Regulatory disclosures — product registration status, licence variations, recalls and regulatory actions communicated to the relevant national authority in the market of sale. Product safety disclosures — adverse event summaries and safety communications, handled in line with our pharmacovigilance obligations. Corporate disclosures — material new manufacturer partnerships, distribution agreements and institutional/government supply arrangements. Media disclosures — press releases and public statements issued through our Newsroom and Press & Media channels.
4. Governing Principles
All disclosures made by SRGP shall be accurate, made on a timely basis, consistent across all markets in which the relevant product or partnership is active, and issued only through authorised channels and personnel.
5. Responsible Parties
The Regulatory Affairs, Governance & Compliance function is responsible for regulatory and product safety disclosures. The Corporate Communications function, together with country office leads in Malaysia, Singapore and Sri Lanka, is responsible for reviewing and approving corporate and media disclosures prior to release.
6. Confidential and Manufacturer Information
Information received from manufacturing and supply partners worldwide in the course of due diligence, registration or tender activity is treated as confidential and disclosed only with the partner's consent, or where disclosure is required by a regulatory authority.
